Brian P. Farrell, M.D.

Brian P. Farrell, M.D. was born and raised in Evergreen Park, and graduated from Brother Rice High School. His undergraduate B.S. Chemistry degree is from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio.

His next eight years of training occurred at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. He received a medical degree in 1981 and finished a year of chief residency in Otolarygology - Head and Neck Surgery in 1986.

Dr. Farrell is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy, and the Chicago Laryngologic and Otologic Society. In addition, he is an active member of the AMA, Illinois State Medical Society, and the Chicago Medical Society.

He is a member of the medical staffs of the Little Company of Mary, Advocate Christ Medical Center, Palos Community, Metro South, and Loyola Hospitals. His special interests in the field include treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, disorders of the ear, and minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Farrell resides in Orland Park with his wife, Sue, and two daughters, Marcy and Maura.

Philip D. Kooiker, M.D.

Philip D. Kooiker, M.D. grew up in rural Northwest Iowa. He received his undergraduate B.A. degree at a small private college, Dordt College, in Sioux Center, Iowa. Following this, he attended the University of Iowa College of Medicine, where he received his medical degree in 1990. Dr. Kooiker then completed his specialty training in otolarygology at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and joined Century ENT - Head and Neck Surgery in 1995.

Currently he is on staff at Little Company of Mary, Palos Community, Metro South, and Loyola Hospitals. He is board certified by the American Board of Otolarygology, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is also a member of the AMA, Illinois State Medical Society, Chicago Medical Society, and the Chicago Larygologic and Otologic Societies.

Dr. Kooiker enjoys practicing all aspects of general ENT, but has special interests in the diagnosis and treatment of otologic disease, disorders of the voice and larynx, and head and neck cancer.

Dr. Kooiker now resides in Tinley Park with his wife, Bonnie, and children Brittany, Zachary, Erin, and Jennifer.

Silvio Marra, M.D.

Silvio Marra, M.D. was born in Chicago and raised in Olympia Fields. He graduated from Rich Central High School. His undergraduate B.S. Chemical Engineering degree is from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.

He attended University of Illinois Medical School at Chicago and received his medical degree in 1991. His internship and residency were completed at Loyola Medical Center in Maywood in 1996.

Dr. Marra is certified by the American Board of Otolarygology, is a member of the Chicago Larygologic and Otologic Society, as well as the AMA, Illinois State Medical Society, and the Chicago Medical Society.

He is a member of the medical staffs of Little Company of Mary, Palos Community, and Christ Hospitals. His special interests in the field include pediatric airway management and head and neck cancer.

Curtis G. Walsh, M.D.

Curtis G. Walsh, M.D. was born in Sacramento, CA and was raised in Northern California. He attended the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate training and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.

He attended Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, IL where he received a medical degree in 1999 and then went on to do an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Loyola as well. Dr. Walsh then completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Gulf Shores, AL.

Dr. Walsh is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, the American Medical Association, the Chicago Laryngologic and Otologic Society, and the Chicago Medical Society.

He is a member of the medical staffs of Little Company of Mary, Palos, Christ, and Metro South hospitals.
